I enjoyed satisfactory breakfast, amazing views.

The location was marvellous, with the central station walk from the hotel. The room was big and fantastic and packs all that was necessary.

Also, location was comfortable central, within a close distance from an art museum. The food was savoury and the staff were very efficient and outstandingly helpful.

Central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Magnificent view of the courtyard from the window.

The staff here were very helpful and knew a lot, my bed was cozy, the room was spacious and nicely styled, plus they serve a great breakfast.

Albergo Firenze is an average hotel the room was decorated (?) with old furniture, the place definitely needs serious renovation, the breakfast was rather poor, overpriced for the services provided

The breakfast had a great variety of options, and the room was modern, cozy, and well-equipped with amenities like central heating, a work desk.

I booked a wheelchair accessible room with efficient blackout curtains and a well-equipped bathroom and received it upon my arrival.

Unparalleled location, magical atmosphere, clean and tastefully decorated hotel, rooms made daily, helpful and courteous staff.

The location, but this is not a point for the hotel, because Florence is really small, and all the hotels are near from everywhere.

The hotel has an unbeatable and exceptionally nice location close to all the main highlights in Florence and shoes too and the Uffizi and Ponto Vecchio, GOOD for summer holidays. Overall good food, plus there is Yellow Bar close by.

The breakfast was satisfactory with bacon, juices, pastries, and the restaurant's offer was local! The location was best possible, at a medium distance from an art museum. Moreover, it was close to where the sounds of Florentine drunks could be heard all night as well as all the major sights.

We loved the convenience of the quadruple room and the excellent breakfast in a comfortable central location just minutes away from a medieval cathedral.
